Sue Zalokar
Sue Zalokar is a writer, musician and teacher. She has been creating and implementing curriculum in tribal communities and classrooms for eight years. She is a Family Literacy and Adult Education Instructor for Peninsula College. She works with and for the Quileute, Hoh River, and Makah Nations. She is currently the chairwoman of the International Goodwill and Understanding committee for her local Soroptimist International club and works to raise awareness and funding to ‘improve the rights and status’ of women in both local and global communities.
